Refund Policy

iGenWealth Academy offers a three-day (72 hour), satisfaction guarantee on all initial fees paid to the company. * All subsequent fees are nonrefundable.

When purchasing a membership and/or a subscription with iGenWealth Academy, you are required to certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our cancellation policy, refund policy, terms & conditions, policies & procedures, etc. Upon purchase, you agree to pay for the chosen services on a monthly (based on 30 day cycle), subscription-based billing cycle and for iGenWealth Academy to charge your account for any purchased services as well as any additional fees that may be accrued by your purchase including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, etc. Prices for our services may change at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds if price is reduced, increased, or changed in any way. You are responsible for the timely payment of all costs and for providing iGenWealth Academy with a valid payment method for all costs. All transactions conducted are final.

You may view your next billing date for all your iGenWealth Academy subscriptions at any time from your personal iGenWealth Academy Back Office. You are responsible for cancelling your membership in a timely manner prior to your next billing date or at least 5 business days in advance if you are cancelling via written email notice. Previously completed payments are non-refundable unless applicable to our initial three-day satisfaction guarantee.

METHODS OF CANCELLATION:

  1. Cancel Online

You can login to your iGenWealth Academy account and cancel your subscription without needing to contact your Independent Sales Representative or contacting the company. Note that you must use method 2 if you are requesting a refund per our refund policy.

  1. Cancel by Email

Orders and Subscriptions may be cancelled by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date. To cancel your account /subscription with iGenWealth Academy, submit a cancellation request via email to [email protected] from the e-mail address on file for your account and include your username. If you are requesting a refund per our refund policy, please also include the transaction receipt sent to you via email by iGenWealth Academy upon your initial registration.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION DISCLOSURE:

If you elect to receive a refund from iGenWealth Academy, you will not be eligible to re-register or have any purchasing activity with us for at least six (6) months from the date that your refund is initiated. iGenWealth Academy’s services revolve around the release of intellectual property and often involve independent contractor commissions, so in effort to protect ourselves we strictly abide by our refund policy and do not make exceptions.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY

A “chargeback” occurs when a customer disputes a credit or debit card charge. A fraudulent chargeback occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for either merchandise (digital or physical), or a service that they have knowingly purchased and have returned for a refund. Attempting to dispute a valid credit or debit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal in most states. TakeActShaun Enterprises LLC (iGenWealth, iGenWealth Academy) does not tolerate chargeback fraud, and will follow the following procedures when this takes place: If you attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge, we will first contact you directly, because many disputed charges occur as a result of the customer not recognizing our charge on their statement. You will have three (3) calendar days to reverse your dispute upon receipt of our letter. If not, you will automatically be terminated from TakeActShaun Enterprises LLC (iGenWealth, iGenWealth Academy) and forfeit any commissions due and we will use our legal counsel to go after any commissions that you have already received. Chargebacks could end up costing you more money in legal fees that you may or may not have made. CHARGEBACKS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! Understand that this Policy equally applies to debit card and e-check transactions.
